1. Eligibility: This promotion is open to legal residents of British Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Any children accompanying adults are also eligible. An adult’s email address is required to complete the e-transfer of $5.

2.Promotional Period: The promotion begins on 15th June 2024 and there is no end TBA (To Be Announced). Entries submitted before or after the promotional period will not be eligible for the cashback.

4.Promotion Control: SalesLeadIT Marketing Services Ltd maintains full control over the operation of the $5 discount promotion, ensuring a secure and trusted process.

5.Business/Vendor Participation:

• Businesses/Vendors listed in the SalesLeadIT Directory and who have purchased a membership for a minimum duration have the right to offer the $5 discount in conjunction with offers they deem appropriate at their own discretion.
• This promotion is solely available to businesses listed on the SalesLeadIT website and who have purchased a membership from SalesLeadIT Market Services Ltd

6.Non-Replication: No business has the right to replicate or extend the $5 discount promotion outside of the terms specified by SalesLeadIT Marketing Services Ltd.

7.Dispute Resolution: Any concerns or disputes regarding the $5 discount promotion will be addressed directly with the membership vendor.These terms and conditions are designed to ensure the fair and consistent application of the $5 discount promotion for all participating businesses and vendors within the SalesLeadIT directory.

8. Rewards:

• Eligible participants will receive a $5 cash back for each valid entry, activated upon the second visit to the vendor. The cashback will be processed within 15 business days of the second visit verification. One person is limited to using one email for the cashback.
• 15 business days refer strictly to Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and statutory holidays

9. Limitations: Participants are limited to one (1) cashback reward per person. Multiple entries from the same person exceeding this limit will be disqualified.

10. Conditions: SalesLeadIT Marketing Services Ltd is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected, or postage-due entries, which will be disqualified. Only purchases from businesses listed on SalesLeadIT Marketing Services Ltd are valid for this promotion. SalesLeadIT Marketing Services Ltd and its member vendors/businesses are not responsible for customers not receiving the $5 discount via e-transfer. Additionally, any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to viruses, spyware, hacking, ransomware or bank-related fraud, or manipulation by a person or machine, is beyond the scope of responsibility of SalesLeadIT Marketing Services Ltd. SalesLeadIT Marketing Services Ltd shall be released and held harmless.

How to Enter

• Visit a vendor listed on SalesLeadIT.com who has been a SalesLeadIT Marketing Services LTD member for a specified minimum duration.
• Make a purchase and visit the vendor/business a second time to activate the $5 discount.
• Upload a clear and legible receipt to www.salesleadit.com/5-discount/
• Provide your name and email address by emailing 5dollar@salesleadit.com
• The time of the initial visit must be indicated when uploading the receipt.

General Conditions

SalesLeadIT Marketing Services Ltd reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the promotion if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond SalesLeadIT Marketing Services Ltd reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion, as determined by SalesLeadIT Marketing Services in its sole discretion.

Liability and Release: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless SalesLeadIT Marketing Services Ltd and its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the promotion or receipt or use of any reward.

SalesLeadIT Marketing Services Ltd operates as a marketing agency and does not engage in resolving disputes or disagreements between businesses and their clients/customers. Any disputes or disagreements that arise between a business and its client/customer must be resolved directly between the two parties. SalesLeadIT Marketing Services Ltd will not be held responsible and will not get involved in any disputes between businesses and their clients/customers.

SalesLeadIT Marketing Services Ltd is not responsible for viruses, phishing, hacking, or harm that may come to your electronic device from fraudulent websites or other sources. Additionally, SalesLeadIT Marketing Services Ltd is not responsible if someone fraudulently represents SalesLeadIT Marketing Services Ltd.

Governing Law: The promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
